Hours after a military aircraft named King Air B350i crashed at the Abuja airport on Sunday, February 21, the names of the seven people on board the ill-fated plane have been identified.

PM News reports that the plane, en route Minna in Niger state, crashed close to the runway of the Abuja airport after reporting engine failure, with the seven people on board reported dead.

Air Vice Marshall Ibikunle Daramola, the spokesperson for the Air Force, in a statement, released the names of the officers who died in the crash.

Meanwhile, Legit.ng had previously reported that the Nigerian Air Force (NAF) said all the seven personnel on board in the Beechcraft KingAir B350i aircraft which crashed while returning to the Abuja Airport died.

It was reported that Air Vice-Marshal Ibikunle Daramola made this known in a statement on Sunday, February 21.
